My kids love the good feeling they get from helping out in the community. Listing your accomplishments, no matter how small, is a very powerful exercise. In the face of all the worrying we do about what we haven't done yet, what we still need to do, and how we're going to do it all, we forget to give ourselves credit for the things we HAVE done.
