Why is it that when someone in a wheelchair wants to see something out in public, like a parade for instance, no matter how close you get the instant it starts you’ll immediately get someone’s butt in front of you? My wife and I went to the city the other day, for some appointments. It’s a little over an hours drive for us (that speed limit is merely a suggestion… Right?!?)
