- I really enjoy sharing my life experiences with this disability to lift up and encourage others, and let them know they are not alone. My first book, "A BLESSING IN THE STORM...Muscular Dystrophy messed up my life and made me whole," has just been published and is available as a paperback! The book is my memoir of how I've been radically changed from a hopeless, broken girl into an overcomer!
Everybody has a story. This is mine. Everything in my world seemed to be going great. It seemed as though the world was at my feet. But there was a merciless invader called Muscular Dystrophy that suddenly took over my life. I initially thought God had forgotten about me, or I thought maybe he was punishing me for the bad things I had done in my life? But I came to realize that what I viewed as a crisis...has actually been a catalyst for an encounter with the Living God... And my life now is a much better place!
This book is a memoir of radical change. You will learn all about the hopeless broken girl I used to be. It's out of that brokenness you will meet the woman I was destined to become. It's a story about learning how to make lemonade out of life's lemons. So take a journey with me and discover hope!

I competed my masters in Mass Communication from Nanyang technological University in Singapore. I got interested in the use of new media especially Internet by disabled. This research is being supported by my school and I am doing tis under Prof Hao. After taking 24 interviews we will come out with research findings whih would help us in finding the uses of social networking sites for disabled in creating new identity for them. I have taken 17 interviews so far across world and I have some surprising findings.
There is a in-depth questionnaire and some sensitive questions also, We can fix a time and chat or I can mail you the questionnaire and you reply.
Your response is important for my research and I look forward to your reply, All your responses would be kept confidential.
