I know it is my day when

I just took a dive out in the chicken pen. Can't figure out what happened. I know in front of where I fell was a chunk of ice I had dumped out of a waterer and Dang if I didnt land on it . I can't find anything I might have tripped on. Took the corner end of my left thumb off and skinned my chin really well. Haven't looked at my legs to see what I bruised there. Just know right above my left knee is stinging. And my rotator cuff of course is not real happy, that hand went out first. Being left h… Continue

Surprise Honey

Well guess what we are getting 50 more chickens
Howard decided to surprise me with that news today... these will be laying hens too. Then in June we get 100 butcher chickens..
Oh well they are so cute and fluffy when we get them and I wonder what the odd rare chick will be. NO More turkeys tho I can't deal with killing them I Love them too much.
So How was your Valentines Day? I hope it was really nice. I finally watched The Passion of the Christ.. I have had it since it came out.… Continue

how was your day?

My day has not been too bad. Kind of bummed and in pain but it was sun shiny. So that made it better. The black chickens finally all 3 laid brown eggs . My turkeys and chickens were loving the day. Out taking their dirt baths. It is so funny to watch they dig down into the dirt then roll in it stand up and shake. They can cover themselves in dirt. I looks as tho it feels good. My one Jenny hissed at me when I was trying to see if she had eggs under her. Guess she is mad at me for stealing her

Thanks Tami for being 'Friends' and I have enjoyed reading your "ditty"s about your life. I will share, as well.

I spent 5 hours at one doctor and then had to go to the hospital for pre-surgery labs, EEG and chest x-ray. I am soooooo whooped! Going to rest now. Feeling kinda rough.

Blessings,

Anthony

Good Morning, Tami... from Dallas, Texas!

I am new and seeking friendships, knowledge and information as well as sharing the same.

I've only been on the forum for 4 days including today, yet there doesn't seem to be a lot of activity. Not one person other than our friend, Rudy has welcomed me. I wonder how we can work together to respond actively with one another? Perhaps I haven't been here long enough?

I do look forward to getting to know you, sharing, informing and gaining from the connection.

Many Blessings,

Anthony

Hi Tami thanks for the comment. We do not live by an Indian reservation but I'm sure I could do some research online and find the herb or possibly several. If you do recall the name of the herb, please let me know. It would be wonderful if she could stop the meds and be free from the pain and inflammation. Thanks again. Have a great day.
