Chickie went AWOL

I watched chickie today it was easy since she has a flourescent pink spot on her. Chickie waited and wandered up and down the fence line while I was in the pen then as soon as I was walking away I saw her the rotten little thing she hopped up on the top of the fence wobbled a moment then hopped down and off she went on her merry way.
HMM her wing is clipped so I do not know what to do with her except play doorkeeper for the gate. I already had a dozen eggs waiting when I got out there. I reached under one hen to see if she had any and she got all mad at me hopped out of the nest and squawked at me the whole time I was in the pen. I really made her mad. Usually I reach under the hen and if there are 5 eggs I take 4 and let the girl set. Then I go out later when they are off the nest and take the others
Stew followed me all over and was really puffing up but Oddball nailed him for me. Good job Oddball. So that is it for now.. I pray you are all well. Have a good saturday Love and hugs Tami and the PEEPS
