exchange resources and ideas and support each other

For the first time, I talked online about my unique family. I was very nervous but Jenn, the hostess, made me feel very relaxed. I couldn't believe the hour went by so fast! We had some sound issues, but I think you can hear everything.

I got to talk about my hubby, the two boys and me, our lives with chronic illnesses, disabilities and disorders. I didn't even have time to fit my sister in there! If you would like to listen to the show, here it is. I hope that this will be a great introduction to some people about me. If you listen, leave a comment!

What anabsolutely fabulous and encouraging insight into your life you gave. I have only just heard the broadcast , but you know what they say, better late than never . I personally think your radio voice was better than the host ( I know how nerve racking it can be) i used to work for an internet radio station as a DJ and its nervouse for the interviewer never mind the interviewee but your nerves didnt come across at all you spoke very articulate and your story I'm sure touched quite a few people, and i'm sure really encouraged a few to . Well done on a most enlightening and touching interview .

Brava, Ms. Elise, for this appearance on Blog Radio, and for your stories and display of what I like to call Ordinary Courage by yourself and your family in your many everyday struggles. Keep up the great work.

Your story is very touching. It's so important to tell others about your disability, it will encourage those who listen to your testimony. It took me a long time to get a diagnosis as well. It's wonderful how you can be such a loving and supportive caregiver and mother. Obstacles you are overcoming...your strength is so encouraging. I was recently on Blog Talk Radio w/ Hope Endures... a part of Rest Ministries. I have Muscular Dystrophy. I just finished writing my memoir about the radical change that was made in my life as a result. If interested, there is a website all about the book (About Me, About the book, Read an excerpt), the link for the site is on my page here. Take care and God bless. Lori Laws

I didn't have a link pop up for the radio show, but how great that you could be on the radio and share about your family! I applaud you! So brave! I hope there were lots of listeners - I bet they all learned plenty!
Blessings to you!
